Scope

This privacy policy explains how Bilgisam (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in the following Android apps published on Google Play, and on this website:

• Dream Experts (package name: com.bilgisam.dreamexperts)
• Space Obby Parkour (package name: com.usiapps.spaceobbyparkour)
• the apps.bilgisam.com website

It does not cover third-party websites or services you may open from our apps. By installing or using an app you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the app.

Dream Experts — data we process

Dream Experts needs no name, phone number or long sign-up. To provide the service it processes:

• Account identifier: an identifier created when you first open the app, so your credits, subscription and conversations stay linked to you.
• Your content: the dreams you describe and the messages you exchange with the AI guides, and your dream journal if you use Premium.
• Voice messages: audio is recorded only after you tap the voice button, and is used to understand and answer your message.
• Purchase information: your credit balance and Premium status. Google Play tells us whether a purchase succeeded; we never see your card details.
• Device and usage data: device model, Android version, language, the advertising ID, crash logs and how app features are used.

Space Obby Parkour — data we process

Space Obby Parkour has no accounts, no login and no profile. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.

• Stored on your device only: best and last scores, current and unlocked levels, coin and gold balance, owned and equipped items, daily-bonus time, subscription status and settings (language, sound, graphics quality). This data is not uploaded to us.
• Processed by Google services in the app: the advertising ID, device and Android information, crash traces, in-app events (for example, which levels are played) and a notification token if you allow notifications.

Data we do not collect

Neither app collects your precise location, contacts, photos, files, SMS or call logs. We never receive or store payment card details. We do not sell personal data.

How we use data

We use data only to:

• provide the app’s features — generate dream interpretations, save your progress, deliver rewards;
• process and restore purchases and subscriptions;
• show ads and deliver the rewards you earn from rewarded ads;
• fix crashes, improve performance and balance difficulty;
• answer support requests;
• prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

AI-generated content (Dream Experts)

The interpreters and spiritual guides in Dream Experts are AI personas, not real people. To generate a reply, the text of your message — and, for voice messages, the audio — is sent to the AI service providers we work with. They process it only to produce the reply and to provide their service to us.

Replies are AI-generated for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please do not share sensitive personal information you would not want processed in this way.

Service providers and sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the apps, only for the stated purpose:

• Google AdMob — ads (both apps). https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing — purchases and subscriptions (both apps). https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — usage statistics, crash reports and notifications. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• AI and cloud service providers — generating replies, transcribing voice messages and storing conversations (Dream Experts).

We do not sell or rent personal data and do not pass it to data brokers. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it, for example under a court order.

Advertising

Both apps show ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising ID and device information to serve, limit and measure ads. In Space Obby Parkour, rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch one.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalised ads at any time in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Ad content is restricted to suit each app’s content rating.

Purchases and subscriptions

Dream Experts offers credits and a Premium subscription; Space Obby Parkour offers gold packs and a Premium subscription. All payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Dream Experts: your account identifier, conversations and dream journal are kept while your account exists. After a deletion request they are removed within 30 days; copies in backups roll out within a further 90 days. Purchase records may be kept as long as tax law requires.

Space Obby Parkour: game data stays on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.

Data processed by Google services is kept under Google’s own retention rules. Crash reports and statistics are kept only as long as needed to fix and improve the apps.

Security

All traffic between the apps and our servers or service providers is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is limited to those who need it to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we update the apps regularly to close known vulnerabilities.

Permissions

The apps request only the Android permissions they need:

• Internet and network state — to load content, ads and purchases.
• Microphone (Dream Experts) — only when you tap the voice button to record a message or start a voice call.
• Notifications — to send reminders and updates, only if you allow them.
• Advertising ID — to show and measure ads.
• Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

Account and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time, without reinstalling the app. Instructions for each app are on our deletion page: https://apps.bilgisam.com/delete-account

Children’s privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. Parents can restrict purchases and ad personalisation with Google Play and Android parental controls.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Turkey’s KVKK, Brazil’s LGPD or the California CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Send requests to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com. We answer free of charge within 30 days after verifying the request. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the CCPA, other than through Google’s ad services described above, which you can turn off in your device settings.

This website

apps.bilgisam.com uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and loads no third-party scripts. It stores only your light/dark theme choice in your browser. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting, for a short period.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our apps or the law change. The current version is always published at https://apps.bilgisam.com/privacy, with the last-updated date at the top. For significant changes we also inform you inside the apps.
