Acceptance
These terms apply to the apps Bilgisam publishes on Google Play — Dream Experts and Space Obby Parkour — and to this website. By installing or using an app you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the apps or their content, except where the law expressly allows it.
AI-generated content
The interpreters and guides in Dream Experts are AI personas, not real people, and their replies are generated automatically. Replies are for entertainment and self-reflection only; they may be inaccurate and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health, safety or finances. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not use the apps to break the law, to harass or harm others, to send content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit, to attempt to bypass limits, payments or security, or to interfere with the service. We may restrict or end access for accounts that do.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Credits, gold packs and Premium subscriptions are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Virtual items and credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ads
The apps are free to download and show ads. Rewarded ads are optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisers’ sites.
Intellectual property
The apps, their names, logos, characters, graphics and code belong to Bilgisam or its licensors. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Bilgisam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game progress stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and termination
We may update the apps and these terms. The current version is always published on this page. You may stop using the apps at any time; we may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
