Dream Experts — how to request deletion

Either way works:

• In the app: open the app’s settings and choose “Delete account”, then confirm.
• By email: write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request — Dream Experts”. If the app shows an account ID, include it. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.

You can also ask us to delete only part of your data — for example your conversations or dream journal — while keeping your account.

Dream Experts — what is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your account identifier, your conversations with the AI guides, voice messages, your dream journal, your remaining credits and your preferences. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; unused credits are not refunded.

Kept: records of purchases that tax law requires us to keep, for the legally required period, and anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you. Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play — cancel yours in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, as deleting your account does not cancel it.

Space Obby Parkour

Space Obby Parkour has no accounts and stores your progress only on your device. To delete all game data: Android settings → Apps → Space Obby Parkour → Storage → Clear data, or simply uninstall the game.

To limit the data processed by Google services in the game, reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings → Google → Ads, and turn off notifications in the app’s settings. If you have a question about data related to the game, write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com with the subject “Data request — Space Obby Parkour”.

How long it takes

We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request; most requests are completed within 72 hours. Copies in backups may remain for up to 90 more days until they roll out of the backup cycle, and are used for nothing else in that time.
