Response time
We usually reply within two business days, in English or Turkish, and we do our best in the other languages our apps support.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play. To request a refund or cancel a subscription, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If a purchase did not arrive in the app, write to us with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA).
